Casuistic seminar is a presence form of education that focuses mostly on working with cases from practice (casuistic = case study). The participants can with the guidance of the lector work on various case studies and examples from practice, for example what to do with a demotivated worker. All cases being solved by the whole team.

The seminar is focused on practice and we recommend to organize an expert workshop first and then follow it with a casuistic workshop.

The main benefits of a casuistic workshop lie in developing team problem solving skills and improving abilities of using acquired knowledge in practice.
