Communication skills

Communication can be divided into two basic types: verbal and non-verbal (body language). Both types are closely related and work together even though we may not realize it.

Communication occurs when a person, who talks – the transmitter – says something, and a person, who listens – the recipient – receives it. First, the transmitter forms a thought in his mind. She then tries to tell this thought the best she can to the recipient. She can use words, tone of voice, facial and eye expressions and the position of her body. The recipient perceives and processes all this information even without realizing it and then forms a thought in her mind. The quality of communication can be told by comparing the original thought with the thought of the recipient – are they the same, or are they completely different?

Would you like to communicate well? To be able to read body language correctly, choose the right words, simply to communicate efficiently and on a high level?
