W-L-B is a system of programs which provide employees with a new perspective about the importance of balance between personal and professional life.

In their workplace and in a very short amount of time they can touch on important subjects which will help them find balance and direction in complicated life areas such as employment, family, relationships etc. The program gives them impulses which they can then immediately apply in their work processes and personal life.

The participants can also benefit from a short personal consultation with the lector who is an educated specialist in the field of psychology.
