HOW TO DO IT?
  1. You order our company to organize Development Centre for you, which usually lasts one day and contains 6-10 best candidates.
  2. Tell us about your ideas for the development of candidates and which goals should be achieved. If you do not have an idea, we can assist you in planning.
  3. You or one of your colleagues will be trained and then together you will observe and evaluate the behavior of participants.
  4. We will test participants with various diagnostic tools and inflicting them into real, but often very substandard, work situations. Together, we will see how they behave, how they react, what they do and who they are. Do not worry that you missed something - that's why you're following along with us. Development center is gaining objectivity that way.
