Development Academy is a long-term business development program focused on a particular group of employees (eg. Business managers). The program aims to develop selected competencies, for example leadership, negotiation, communication in difficult situations and so on.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
At first, it is necessary to select a group of workers who will pass the program, and competencies that the program will develope. After consultation with our experts, we will create together a comprehensive development plan. The entire program takes place in several steps:
PLANNING
Setting goals and planning of program timetable. Furthermore, at this stage, choosing the method that will be used in
the program (coaching, consulting, sociomap, ...), as well as forms of
training (workshops, webinars, case seminars, ...).
DIAGNOSIS
Testing program participants by selected diagnostics methods for easy
measurement of their current competency levels and their evolution
during and at the end of the program.
The program itself
Education and development of the participants by selected methods and forms of education. E.g. communication skills through experiential workshops or negotiations through e-learning and continuing casuistic seminars.
During the program, participants are continuously tested by the
same diagnostics as in step 2. From the test results, it is clear how
the individual participants' competence develops and it is possible to adapt to
the objectives defined in step 1, according to their actual needs.
EVALUATION
Evaluation of the success of the program. Did participants met the planned goals? Does it shows a clear shift in the developed competencies?
