SPECIALIZATION / WHAT DO I DO?
I have coached and consulted in leadership and personal development for about 15 years now. With companies we work on developmental and change projects. Apart from that I’ve also been doing therapy and education for over 25 years, I am a lector and I lead and coach trainings. I am a coach supervisor and together with my colleagues we strive for a professional level of coaching in Czech Republic. We try to bring systemic approach through our style of work not only to companies, but also to helping professions. Our style is based on respect of functional systems, on awareness of own responsibility and competence and respect towards own possibilities and the possibilities of others.

I work for a private school as an advisor, we create educational and developmental projects for professional groups (teachers, doctors etc.). I still have a private therapeutic practice, I give lectures and cooperate with Český Rozhlas.

WHAT PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME:
I wanted to be a musician, I play several musical instruments and I like to sing. I also like to paint, carve, sew and repair old things, but I most like to write. I love the nature, water and old motorcycles…and good wines.
