Leading meetings

Have you ever experienced attending a meeting, spending several hours there and in the end not being any wiser than before? Ever had a feeling that nothing was really solved or discussed at the meeting? Unfortunately, many meetings end being this way. But how can we prevent it?

One technique how to make a meeting more efficient is setting a clear structure and program of the meeting. The program can be sent to all the participants beforehand so when the meeting starts, they will be prepared.

Another method is assigning roles to the participants. Each of them has different duties over the course of the meeting. Each of them makes sure that “their thing” gets done – be it facilitating, leading the meeting etc. This results in an efficient meeting, which fulfills its purpose.

Learn about these and more techniques on how to lead an efficient meeting on an interactive workshop, where you can also practice these methods.
