I have worked in the business world for 23 years, specializing in FMCG and Utilities.

Previously I ran B2B sales for the whole of the Czech Republic. My clients were large scale a medium scale enterprises, manufacturers, financial institutions, government run organizations and FMCG. Primarily I focused on building and the development of business relations and contacts. During my time in middle management I was able to gain experience as a project manager looking after retentions and acquisitions. I conducted satisfaction and quality surveys and published my findings including actual market trends. In addition I have experience in change management. My key skills are leadership, managing and the development of individuals and teams, implementation of leadership, designing and introducing development strategies, leading and motivating sales teams, training a coaching, recruitment and MBO. 

For many years I have worked as consultant and lecturer in leadership and soft skills, for example on how to increase quality and efficiency of teams. Currently I am a consultant for companies seeking to build successful business models and am project manager for key clients in “Spolupráce”.

Field of study: Andragogy and Adult Education finished in 2010 with state exams in the field of Andragogy, HR Management, and HR Training. Topic of dissertation: Development of Management Competencies. 

I am sporty, but not a professional sportswoman :-) I love the mountains in summer and winter, I love Nordic walking and I like to travel.

He studied Economical facutly of the Technical University of Liberec, with focus on business economics and management. He supplemented his education with programs for management of human resources at the Graduate School of Business, Columbia University and University of Florida between 2012-2016.

My life specialization is sales and marketing combined with management of human resources and development of individuals and teams. I have over 18 years experience begining in sales and later transitioning into executive management in several companies, some purely Czech and some International. At the begining of my career I had the opportunity to work alongside prominent personalities of Czech private business in Czech republic. The following 12 years I had worked on managerial positions in international corporations on local, CEEEMEA and EMEA levels. As a manager I had always built on the coaching approach and belief in the potential of individuals and teams. This approach led me to the decision to devote myself to development and coaching 100%. As a coach and at the same time active athlete, I absolutely believe in the capability of people to discover and use their potential to overcome seemingly impossible obstacles on the way to their goals and dreams.

WHAT PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME:

I work both as a coach and consultant. I specialize in HR management mostly on areas of performance management and continuous development of organizations and individuals including coaching and mentoring. Lately I have been focusing on HR projects in the area of talent management, HR process optimization, restructuring and outplacement.

In 1998 I finished my studies at the University of Economics, Prague, with specialization on business economics and management. In 2006 I finished my Ph.D. in management with my dissertation thesis on Current trends in education and managerial development. In my work I try to promote the newest trends in leadership with emphasis on interpersonal respect and faith in human potential.

I gained experience in this area in both Czech Republic and abroad. Among other things I worked for over 10 years on various positions in the consultancy company PricewaterhouseCoopers and several years also at the position of HR Manager. My working style is non-directive, supportive and focused on cooperation and long-term performance. Health, respect, trust, self-knowledge positive approach and goal orientation are most important in my work. Values: “Respect, trust, inspiration, result”.

I’ve started focusing on coaching, professional consulting in leadership, personal development and motivation in 2008. As an evaluator I cooperate on the realization of Assessment and Development Centers. As a coach I use all the qualities of the Rogerian approach to clients, which believes in creative and self-organizing forces inside every individual. Coach is then only a guide who helps relax and develop these forces with his empathetic and accepting approach. I link this approach with the way of Results Coaching Systems, which uses results of the most recent studies about how our brain functions and how we can naturally and smoothly achieve our goals.

In 1975 I finished my studies at the Philosophical faculty of the Charles’ University in the field of sociology – adult education.

Since 1994 I’ve worked as an independent lector and consultant. I mainly focused on realizing seminars, providing consultancy services and individual consultancy services based on the demand of my clients and the specific situation of the contracting company. From 1992 to 1995 I worked in Komerční Banka a.s. in the education division, where I engaged in developing education programs and their applications in management focus groups.

I like water in any form and substance. Sea in the summer, I admire yachts and their history, rivers, streams, bourns and little ponds. In the winter in the mountains and on skates. In the summer in steam bath.
