Long-term development programs last usually 1-2 years and focus on a specific type of workers, for example talents, sales managers etc. We can separate the program into several phases:1. Planning
This phase serves for setting goals to be achieved by the participants. We choose the methods used during the program and also the forms of education.
2. Diagnostics
The participants fill out the chosen diagnostics which allows us to measure their development throughout the program. They will be filling out the same diagnostics multiple times - that way we can make sure that they are achieving the planned goals or adjust the goals if they are having difficulties.
3. The program itself
Development of the chosen competencies with the help of the chosen forms of education. Workshops, webinars, seminars, online discussions etc., it all depends on the needs of the participants and on the competencies that are being developed.
4. Evaluation
Evaluation occurs during the program and also at the end of the program. Did the participants achieve their goals?
