About the method

PAPI3 is a brand new tool on the Czech market. It was developed by Cubiks, who is represented exclusively by Spolupráce s.r.o. in the Czech Republic. Cubiks is an independent international consultancy company with branches in 13 countries.

If you are looking for comprehensibly and neatly processed information that will help you achieve your goals then this questionnaire might be just the solution for you. It will help you better understand yourself, your subordinates and your colleagues. The questionnaire provides insight not only about preferences and behavior but also about motives. It does this all via 7 factors – Impact & Drive, Organisation & Structure, Ideas & Change, Interaction, Work Momentum, Composure, Engagement. These factors are then divided into 22 subscales.

How does it work?

You can choose from 2 types of evaluation according to your needs:

  • PAPI3 N – normative evaluation. Appropriate for benchmark, hiring, comparison, norms. Participants evaluate their degree of agreement with given statements. The evaluation is done via a 7-degree Likert scale, where 1 means “Completely disagree” and 7 “Completely agree”. There is a total of 137 statements.
  • PAPI3 I – ipsative evaluation. Appropriate for development. Participants are presented with triplets of statements, from which they choose the two that characterize them best and worst. There are 44 triplets of statements in total.
    Both types of evaluations also have a variant for managers and sales representatives.
    The questionnaire is filled out online and takes about 30 minutes to complete. Your results will be interpreted by one of our professionals. Interpretation takes 1 hour and is done during a personal meeting.

Outputs consist of a wide spectrum of reports for the evaluated, HR, manager or coach. You may also choose from a wide variety of languages allowing work with international teams.

Cubiks also provides a variety of efficient solutions for performance evaluation of workers or candidates.
