SPECIALIZATION / WHAT DO I DO:
I provide professional consultations in the areas of constructing, managing and developing Contact centers. I help my clients with improving processes, making their call centers more efficient, defining desired competencies, defining development goals, choosing the right people “on board”, holding on to talents. I am expertly experienced in defining visions and strategies in the area of customer processes, their setting, design of procedures, workflow and methods, managing performance and coaching management teams. During my lector activities we can meet over work on topics such as leadership, management skills, communication skills, sales skills, team coaching or the whole complex of call center academy.
Education:
In 1996 I graduated from the Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University, Prague, and during my practice as a part of internal education completed Management development program in the Masaryk institution for higher studies on ČVUT (2006-2007) and several other development programs focused on coaching and management.
Experience:
I’ve been working in the field of customer relations since 1997. I’ve worked in several international companies in the sector of telecommunication, finance, manufacturing and logistics (FMCG) and 7 years in senior management. Over the course of building new business units I acted as either a coach or trainer, I led larger teams (30-90 people).
Since 2010 I work in HR development and consultancy as an independent lector, coach and consultant. I specialize in processes which help build strong teams and thus fulfill company goals with emphasis on self-realization of individuals and their motivation for personal growth. In my clients, I try to develop that which I have lived during my managerial practice. Thanks to that I believe I am authentic in my work.
My values are confidence, respect, partnership and empathy. I try to create such relation and atmosphere with my clients, so that they feel comfortable and can fully focus on their development. I work experientialy, interactively and I like to discover the inner potential together with my client, the magic of the “eureka effect”, the change in myself while working, new possibilities and the courage to step into the unknown.
What people don’t know about me:
I’ve played the piano for 16 years and had to overcome the jitters before every performance. These days whenever I stand in front of my “audience” as a lector I try to train and strengthen my artistic soul. I love mint tea, Ray Charles and singing at gospel workshops.
