In order to increase awareness about the importance of ethical principles and the level of services in the field of education, we decided to establish the Code of Ethics.

Each lecturer, consultant and collaborator of  Spolupráce s.r.o. is obliged to comply with the provisions of the Code of Ethics and the general rules of ethical professional behavior towards clients of Cooperation (clients of educational programs and direct participants in educational events).

Interim manager is a specialist in the specific area and he is deployed in companies with specific and time-bound goal. A typical goal for interim manager is the attainment of a certain level of sales, the introduction of effective HR processes and ensurence of the smooth running of the company during the crisis.

I help my clients with improving processes, making their call centers more efficient, defining desired competencies, defining development goals, choosing the right people “on board”, holding on to talents. I am expertly experienced in defining visions and strategies in the area of customer processes, their setting, design of procedures, workflow and methods, managing performance and coaching management teams. During my lector activities we can meet over work on topics such as leadership, management skills, communication skills, sales skills, team coaching or the whole complex of call center academy.

Education:

In 1996 I graduated from the Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University, Prague, and during my practice as a part of internal education completed Management development program in the Masaryk institution for higher studies on ČVUT (2006-2007) and several other development programs focused on coaching and management.

Experience:

I’ve been working in the field of customer relations since 1997. I’ve worked in several international companies in the sector of telecommunication, finance, manufacturing and logistics (FMCG) and 7 years in senior management. Over the course of building new business units I acted as either a coach or trainer, I led larger teams (30-90 people). Since 2010 I work in HR development and consultancy as an independent lector, coach and consultant. I specialize in processes which help build strong teams and thus fulfill company goals with emphasis on self-realization of individuals and their motivation for personal growth. In my clients, I try to develop that which I have lived during my managerial practice. Thanks to that I believe I am authentic in my work. My values are confidence, respect, partnership and empathy. I try to create such relation and atmosphere with my clients, so that they feel comfortable and can fully focus on their development. I work experientialy, interactively and I like to discover the inner potential together with my client, the magic of the “eureka effect”, the change in myself while working, new possibilities and the courage to step into the unknown.

What people don’t know about me:

I’ve played the piano for 16 years and had to overcome the jitters before every performance. These days whenever I stand in front of my “audience” as a lector I try to train and strengthen my artistic soul. I love mint tea, Ray Charles and singing at gospel workshops.

EXPERIENCE: 

As a lector and a consultant I have implemented a number of projects, trainings and assessment centers for both Czech and foreign clients. I specialize in presentational, sales and communicational skills. I began my career in the field of film and television production: I worked in Czech television in the creative group of Čestmír Kopecký at the position of producer where I participated on projects such as musical shows and tv series. Furthermore I worked in a private television company TV Box at a similar position. Later on I worked at French La Rochelle and then in Germany in Leipzig in Die Villa production where I handled European cultural projects. From 2003 – 2008 I externally cooperated in PR. These days I cooperate with Media agencies as an independent lector and I specialize in adult education. When I work on a project I emphasize the link between the theoretical and the practical and the involvement of all participants. Interactive approach with a maximum amount of practical exercises: lecture, model situations, role-playing, simulation games and exercise for skill development, video-coaching with evaluation and feedback, recommendation of further development to the participants. My strong suit is the ability to train the participants for non-standard or crisis situations. References: All big companies from Automotive through banking to Telco.

I’ve been doing theatrical improvisation for over 15 years and I’m really good at it!

Sheila is a senior consultant and coach and facilitates training and workshops in management skills and leadership using the real life approach. This includes real life coaching and critical phase coaching for individual managers and management (board) teams. She is also a psychotherapist and supervisor in private practice working in Prague and London.

Sheila is a senior consultant and coach and facilitates training and workshops in management skills and leadership using the real life approach. This includes real life coaching and critical phase coaching for individual managers and management (board) teams. She is also a psychotherapist and supervisor in private practice working in Prague and London.

Having run her own training and consultancy business in London for many years, Sheila has trained to level 5 in coaching and mentorship with the Institute of Leadership and Management. Until recently she was a Senior Lecturer at Leeds Metropolitan University and remains an Associate Lecturer. She has run a number of Master's level training programmes and continues to teach at Master's level at the Metanoia Institute in London where she was formally Deputy Head of the PCA Department. She is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and recognised as a Psychotherapist by the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy. She is on the board of the World Association for Person-Centered and Experiential Psychotherapy and Counselling and is a former Chair of the British Association for the Person-Centred Approach.

Sheila is undergoing an intensive course in Czech which she is finding both demanding and exciting!
