Negotiation is a skill that comes in handy every day. You are using it all the time, even not realizing it. Each of us becomes a negotiator - at work, when dealing with clients or superiors, but also in his personal life, when dealing with relatives or with government officials. HOW DOES IT WORK?

In every company there are employees who have to negotiate with someone about something. They commnicate with clients, suppliers, or even with trading partners. And of course it is advantageous if in those situations they know what they are doing. The ability of the negotiator can have the crucial impact on your business . Imagine eg. situation when there is a large long-term contract for a lot of money on the table. At that point it would  be certainly better if the person who negotiates for your company had graduated from training in negotiations and is able to see through an opponent's tactics.

Training in negotiation combines full-time and distance learning so that the employee first acquired theoretical knowledge necessary for good negotiator, e-learning, and then try his acquired knowledge into practice on experiential workshop.
